Tutorial: Composite Images for Newborn Photography

One of my client's favorite newborn pose is the froggy pose.  It is adorable!  It is important to know how to safely achieve this pose before trying it on a newborn.  First of all, understand that not all babies will do this pose.  You never want to force a pose on a baby.  Safety always comes first!  If you are lucky enough to get a super sleepy and chill baby (and flexible!) who gladly does this, you will need to do a composite shot to ensure safety of the newborn. Here is an example of the froggy pose:
